Kyoko Mori is a 14-year-old girl who lives in the fictional town of Heartelia. She is a kind and caring person, but she is also very shy. One day, she meets a fairy named Ribbon, who tells her that she is the chosen one who must save Heartelia from the evil Queen Mirage. Kyoko is reluctant at first, but she eventually agrees to help Ribbon. She transforms into the Pretty Cure Cure Moonlight and fights alongside her friends to protect Heartelia.
